Medicaid Eligibility Specialist
State of Louisiana
The Louisiana Department of Health in Lafayette Parish is seeking a Medicaid Analyst to acquire extensive knowledge of Medicaid policy and procedures, and to use the same tools to make timely and accurate Medicaid eligibility determinations. Applications are received electronically, by mail, by email, in person, or by telephone, often via a call-center format. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service driven, able to work independently, and capable of handling high call volumes #J-18808-Ljbffr
