Registered Nurse – Telemetry / IMC / Step-Down

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry / IMC / Step-Down unit setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Float within specialty and skillset as operationally required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a valid Compact State license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Must reside outside an 80-mile local radius of the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Telemetry, IMC, PCU, or Step-Down unit
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to float assignments within specialty area
