Title
Healthcare Provider - Long Term Care

Schedule
- Shift: 8 hour shifts, varied, including weekends and holidays.
- Flexibility required; no guarantee of hours or shift preference.

Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements
- Candidate must possess an active state license by the start of the assignment.
- Experience in long-term care, including assessments, treatments, and procedures such as medication administration, ADL assistance, and wound care preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and treatments.
- Administer medications and notify the physician or nurse practitioner of pertinent information.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) and ensure patient comfort.
- Provide care for specialized needs, including gastrostomy tubes, urinary catheters, nebulized treatments, wound vacs, CPAP, and tracheostomies.
- Participate in patient admissions and discharges.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes
- Must arrive the Thursday before the start to attend an employee health appointment on Friday.
