If you are up to the exciting challenge of the innovative, service-oriented field of consulting, we encourage you to view our open position.Job DescriptionGathering requirements, business process analysis and sign of e-Business features and functionality for a portfolio of large-scale e-commerce websitesManagement of complex multi-disciplined CRM consulting projectsLead junior consultants and client staff through engagements, support the development of subject matter expertise, thought leadership and strategic capability by delivering a wide range of customer management solutionsPerforming end-to-end cross-discipline leadership throughout the software development lifecycleAccountable for on-time, high quality software project deliveries, including Analysis, Design, Development and Quality AssuranceRequirements, definition and documentationWork with customers and client stakeholders to understand and define business requirementsWork directly with technologists to develop use cases and functional specifications documentsSolicit, gather and analyze user input and requirementsIdentify and involve key stakeholdersIdentify and interview internal/external subject matter expertsAuthor and compile surveyInterface with technical managers and teamsCollaborate with counterparts in IT (project, development, QA managers) and development resources to create and validate business requirements and project specification documentsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualificationMust be willing to travel (35-50%)Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employerExperience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience or similar CRM solutions Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration toolsExperience soliciting, gathering and analyzing user input and requirementsExperience creating wireframe documents with information architectureExperience authoring requirements, definition and related documentationExperience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasksExperience with large scale web projects (ideally involving the creation and launch of major e-commerce B2B websites) a plusExperience in cognitive design, information architecture and user-centered design a plusExperience in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Design, or similar field of study is a plusExperience working with creative and technical project teamsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint as well as other project management and time tracking toolsAdditional InformationAcumen Solutions offers the opportunity for growth and advancement, as well as a competitive base salary, annual performance based incentives, medical benefits & 401k.Acumen Solutions is the trusted leader in Enterprise Cloud Transformation, helping organizations realize dramatic improvements in productivity and profitability through innovations in business and technology.
