What You’ll Do

As a Production Technician, you’ll play a key role in our formulation and production process. You will help prepare batches, run testing, move materials, and ensure everything we produce meets our quality and safety standards. Every member of the team contributes to the success of the line—your work truly matters here.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Preparing batch formulations according to SOPs and manufacturing manuals

• Running ingredient and finished-goods quality tests

• Operating a forklift to move materials safely throughout the facility

• Collaborating with R&D and production teams to ensure formulations meet specs

• Troubleshooting equipment and assisting with continuous process improvement

Preferred qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality control

• Experience performing quality tests, following SOPs, and producing batches

• Forklift certification (or ability to become certified)

• Experience in agriculture or crop-protection manufacturing is a plus—but not required

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and with a team

• Solid problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
