Recruiter - Account Manager

Full-desk Executive Recruiter – Nashville (Franklin, TN) Responsibilities This sales role is responsible for obtaining new clients and maintaining existing accounts; recruiting top accounting and finance talent; match-making professionals with opportunities; and building long-standing relationships with accounting and finance decision makers. Ideal Fit 2+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or recruiting with a proven track record of success OR 1-4 years of public accounting experience Enjoys sales—the thrill of the hunt, negotiating, closing the deal—and wants to sell and make money Likes to manage her/his/their work like it is her/his/their own business Ability to communicate at all levels confidently and effectively in an organization Good at connecting on social media, but even better connecting by phone and face to face (including video chat) Driven, competitive, self‑motivated, and a team player Good sense of humor Benefits Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission + bonus.
