Temporary Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate:

$17.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks.
Complete routine inspections of the property.
Address basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
