Job Summary Perform thorough patient assessments, establish accurate diagnoses, and build individualized treatment plans for chronic pain and co‑occurring mental/behavioral health conditions. Manage same‑day visits efficiently. Provide in‑clinic procedures such as trigger point injections. Manage medication refills through proprietary pharmacy workflows. Initiate and manage referrals for: Diagnostic imaging Physical Therapy Chiropractic care Orthopedic consultations Minimum Qualifications Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Maryland. Active CDS and DEA licenses. Preferred experience in: Pain management Mental health / behavioral health Strong clinical judgment and the ability to independently manage complex outpatient cases in a satellite clinic (not a purely supervised, support-only PA role). High level of organization and follow‑through, especially around timely documentation and managing same‑day visits. Patient‑first mindset with a commitment to comprehensive, compassionate, whole‑person care.
