Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation Hospital - Night ShiftWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our rehabilitation hospital, specializing in caring for patients recovering from significant medical events or illnesses. The RN will play a vital role in providing multidisciplinary care focused on helping patients regain their independence and functionality.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for effectiveness and side effects.Manage patient care for a caseload of 1:7, ensuring safety and well-being.Assist with advanced rehabilitation technologies and evidence-based practices.Educate and involve families in the recovery process to support patient outcomes.Float to long-term acute care or other units as needed, managing med-surg patients.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required.Experience with Epic charting system is required.Travel experience preferred.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
