Bryco Plumbing in Winnetka, CA, is hiring a full-time Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher to join our plumbing team. If you're ready to be the go-to person who keeps our customers happy and our team running smoothly, this is your chance!CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER REQUIREMENTS:Ability to answer phone calls professionally and helpfullyStrong data entry skills and computer proficiencyAbility to dispatch service calls to technicians clearly and efficientlyAbility to manage paper filing and routine office tasksPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAt least two years of customer service representative experience is a plus, but you can also be trained.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHERAs a Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you will be the friendly voice who answers incoming calls from customers, ready to provide helpful information and support. You will enter customer and job data into our computer system with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that every service call is dispatched to the right technician promptly.
