Role: Data Engineer Location: Bellevue, WA Type: Contract Mandatory Skills : Azure Fabric Data, Azure SQL, ETL / Datawarehouse testing, Kusto, Power Platform AI Good to Have Skills : PowerBI Job description Design build and maintain SQL based data pipelines using Power Automate Ingest transform and model data from multiple source systems with a strong focus on data quality performance and scalability Partner with Data engineers to ensure trusted datasets semantic consistency and self service readiness Act as a technical owner for data capabilities end to endfrom Intake Requirements gathering and Design through development and delivery of the capability Advanced SQL proficiency required ability to write debug and optimize complex SQL for analytics use cases Buildmaintain dashboards and reporting artifacts strong with Power BI is a plus Develop productiongrade SQL queries to extract and transform data for analytics reporting and adhoc investigations Create and maintain curated datasetsviews that standardize metrics Perform deepdive analysis using SQL to answer business questions and provide actionable insights Additional Skills Experience Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced highly dynamic agile environment with frequently evolving requirements and shifting priorities Ability to dive deep and ask questions to drive clarity Comfortable working with ambiguity rapidly translate changing business needs into clear technical direction and incremental deliverables Strong bias toward action iterative and continuous improvement and delivery Tech Skills Power Apps Power Platform ETL Kusto SQL Store Procedure creation Fabric Data Modeling Excel based tool developments Power Platform Excel VBA coding ADF Pipelines Power BI Preferred Skill Build AI prototypes using Python including data pipelines model integration and automation logic Apply vibe coding principles to rapidly iterate experiment and refine AI workflows with minimal overhead Skills VBeyond
