Applicants for the Vice President of SOX Compliance position at the company should have a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in SOX compliance or related roles. A preference is given to those with 12 years' experience in compliance, IT infrastructure, or asset management. The role demands a strong knowledge of SOX regulations and IT infrastructure processes, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
