Performance Expectations for the Tax Manager:

Light Prep of various tax returns
Review of various tax returns
Maintain client relationships
Train/lead and develop staff
Tax Planning & Consulting

Experience/Qualifications for the Tax Manager:

CPA
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in public accounting
Strong Preparation & Review Experience across multiple return types
Experienced in tax planning & consulting
Experience in client management
Experience leading and developing staff
Experience with CCH Axcess/ ProSystem Fx is preferred
