Job Summary Installing, assembling, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery & equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. This role supports new installations, equipment upgrades, and shutdown/turnaround work by performing layout, rigging, alignment, and troubleshooting to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Works closely with supervisors, other trades, and customers while following all safety, quality, and project requirements. Job Duties Install, assemble, and set equipment in a variety of environments Perform layout, leveling, grouting, anchoring, and setting of bases/frames; verify equipment position and tolerances Conduct precision alignment of rotating equipment and install couplings, bearings, seals, and related components Use rigging methods to lift, move, and place machinery using hoists, chainfalls, come-alongs, cranes, forklifts, and related equipment Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, equipment manuals, and work orders; coordinate work with other trades Perform maintenance/repairs during shutdowns Perform field fabrication and modifications as needed (drillings, cutting, fitting) Welding on equipment or repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area; support continuous improvement and jobsite housekeeping Follow and enforce safe work practices Position Report To General Superintendent/Project Superintendent Hours 7:00am-3:30pm (Hours may vary depending on job) Benefits Health insurance HSA 401k matching Short-term disability Life insurance Dental Vacation & Holiday Pay Schedule Monday-Friday (Saturday-Sunday depending on job) Job Locations Varies depending on project location, typically within a 60 air mile radius of Faribault, MN Pay $25+ (depending on experience) Eligibility 18+ years of age Preferred Qualifications Equipment Maintenance Experience (preferred) Rigging experience (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
