Compensation and Benefits Hourly Pay: $23.00 to $28.00/hourly based on experience Health Insurance: choose from two employer-sponsored health insurance plans 401k: company-matched contributions of up to 5% after one year of service Profit-Sharing: enrollment in annual profit-sharing program after one year of service Leadership Development - our company grows from the inside! Great culture and team dynamic Team Qualifications (Requirements) Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude Dedication to customer service Ability to pass a background check Valid license with a clean record Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently Desire to continually learn new things Job Brief Working Tradesman are skilled craftsmen that are proficient in all trades of construction. Including but not limited to minor framing, insulation, hanging drywall, finish drywall, paint, finish trim & doors, etc. They are responsible for managing the project and fallowing the scope of work provided by the estimator and supervisor. Must also be proficient at time management, material take off's, and customer Communication. Responsibilities Follow the scope of work provided and execute effectively and efficiently Notify management of any necessary changes to the scope Safely and effectively operate power and specialty tools Document all activity in job management software Locate, order, and/or purchase materials per scope of project and submit receipts to office personnel Communicate all activity to customers and team Record labor activity per job Qualifications Looking for an opportunity to grow with our company 2+ years’ experience in construction industry.
