Structured entry-level path offers a paid 4–6 week mentorship route at $650 per week for new grads. Kickstart your transition with $300 upfront orientation pay plus $15 extra for any additional stops. Hiring Standards and Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and a minimum age of 21 years old. Official school certificate confirming 120 plus training hours from an approved CDL facility. A clear, verifiable employment history background check. Solid safety record with zero major moving violations or DUIs within the past 60 months. Mandatory passing results on standard DOT physicals, including hair and urine toxicology screens.
