Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician-Property for a direct hire opportunity with a property management organization in Newbury Park, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional or handyman with experience supporting residential or commercial properties, completing move-in and move-out turns, and handling general repairs that keep properties clean, safe, and well maintained.

The Maintenance Technician-Property will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and play an important role in supporting daily property operations. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare units and properties for move-ins and move-outs, including repairs, touch-ups, cleaning support, and general maintenance.
- Install, maintain, repair, and replace basic plumbing fixtures, hardware, equipment, and property components as needed.
- Perform interior and exterior painting, patching, minor carpentry, and general handyman repairs.
- Support grounds maintenance, curb appeal, and overall property cleanliness.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner while following supervisor direction.
- Maintain a safe work environment and communicate repair needs, supply needs, and property issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Newbury Park, CA.
