What We Offer * Competitive Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour * Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities * Flexible Scheduling * Weekly Pay * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401(k) * Tuition Reimbursement * Employee Referral Program * Life & Disability Insurance * Supportive Team Environment Responsibilities * Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. * Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. * Administer medications as authorized under AMAP guidelines. * Promote independence, dignity, and community integration. * Document services and daily progress accurately. * Support behavioral intervention plans using SCIP techniques. * Maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment. * Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary team members. * Transport individuals to appointments and community activities, if required. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Current AMAP (Approved Medication Administration Personnel) Certification required. * Current SCIP (Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention) Certification required. * Previous DSP, HHA, CNA, or related healthcare experience preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must pass all required background screening and pre-employment requirements.
