The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Human Resources Manager on behalf of a well-established, growth-oriented manufacturing organization.

This individual will oversee the full employee life cycle and serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership. The successful candidate will strengthen employee relations, guide performance management, lead recruiting efforts, and ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions, requests, and concerns.
• Process HR transactions, including benefits elections, employee communications, and disciplinary actions.
• Advise managers and leadership on HR policies and best practices.
• Supervise assigned HR team members.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and interview approaches.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain accurate HR and recruiting records.
• Support initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of Human Resources management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
