TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Spokane, Washington, 99204!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required. License: Valid State Compact License required. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required. Must-Have: - Client RN experience. - Proficient in caring for post-surgical neurology patients. - Comfortable with the NIH stroke scale. - Experience with telemetry monitoring. Description: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care in a telemetry setting with a focus on neurology. The position may require floating between different units as per staffing needs. Weekends are required on an every other weekend basis. The expected patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:4. Candidates must have experience in managing telemetry patients and critical neurological conditions. Duties will include administering medications, monitoring patients, and responding to emergencies. The unit is designated for stroke care and is equipped for various neurological diagnoses. Interdisciplinary support will be available, including physical therapy and respiratory services. Candidates should demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills. All candidates must have experience with the electronic charting system. Travel nurses may be expected to float to nearby facilities.
