Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a contract position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services, assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care.
• Document patient care and progress accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
