Payroll Operations Manager

One of our manufacturing clients is looking for an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to support and improve payroll operations at their facility in Charlotte, NC . Pay - Up to $150K Coordinate with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Manage payroll schedules, deductions, adjustments, and related updates. Review and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries. Work with Finance and Accounting to support accurate payroll reporting. Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Prepare and submit required payroll reports. Coordinate with third-party providers on tax filings and year-end activities. Stay informed about payroll regulations and best practices. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR data management and payroll coordination. Hands-on experience processing payroll through ADP and working with third-party payroll providers. Experience with HR/payroll systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dawn Staffing Solutions Inc. (USA)
