Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager - Consultant will oversee and manage projects within an administrative department, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements. This role requires coordination with stakeholders, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with security and background verification standards. The position is hybrid with a flexible schedule determined post-hire and is open to nationwide candidates. Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain compliance with security protocols including CJIS certification and background checks.
• Provide regular status updates and documentation as required.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms and client requirements throughout the project duration.
• Facilitate virtual meetings and interviews as part of project coordination.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Valid CJIS certification (to be processed by client).
• Successful completion of background checks including credit history, driving record (MVR), SLED check, and E-Verify.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and online interview processes.
• Previous experience managing government or state-related projects.

Special Considerations:

• Must comply with all security requirements and background checks prior to employment.
• Candidate must provide valid Right to Represent and required documentation with application.
• Travel and relocation costs for onsite work are the responsibility of the candidate.
• Only one level of sub-vendor usage permitted with prior approval.

Scheduling:

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid work schedule to be determined by the hiring manager after the start date.
• Contract duration is 12 months with possibility for extension.
