This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, high-profile multifamily and mixed-use developments throughout Miami, alongside an established leadership team with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved
• Enforce safety, quality, and production standards across the jobsite
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate site logistics
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on track
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants

Requirements

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Experience delivering ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial projects
• Proven track record managing projects valued at $50M+
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
• Ability to lead large xhyhwjd subcontractor teams and maintain project momentum
• Knowledge of South Florida construction practices and building codes
