Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our construction equipment team. This position is responsible for assisting all customers with equipment purchases, attachments, parts, and accessories. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, driven to close sales, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

NOTE: While this position is listed as based in Fayetteville, AR, this role's reach will cover all of Northwest Arkansas. Thus, applicants from the across the region are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment, attachments, and related products
• Generate sales quotes, process transactions, and follow up on leads
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment specifications, pricing, and promotions
• Coordinate with rental, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in CRM system
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications

• Previous retail or equipment sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of construction equipment, tools, or heavy machinery is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships with contractors and repeat customers
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, CRM, Microsoft Office)
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
