Account Manager

A growing company is looking for an organized, customer-focused Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners. This role is responsible for coordinating requests, tracking orders, resolving issues, supporting new account onboarding, and ensuring clear communication throughout the process. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Client & Account Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, order updates, and service-related questions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and keep requests moving forward.
• Follow up on outstanding items, missing information, and time-sensitive requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-through.

Customer & Sales Support

• Assist customers with questions, status updates, and next steps.
• Work with the sales team to onboard new accounts and ensure a smooth transition into ongoing operations.
• Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service and internal processes.
• Provide day-to-day support to help maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Operations & Administration

• Maintain accurate account records, communications, and issue tracking within the company's CRM system.
• Monitor open requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate information between departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle confidential information appropriately and follow established company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years in account management, customer service, client relations, sales support, or operations coordination.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Technology: Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with Microsoft Office and other business software.
• Organization: Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to resolve issues and keep tasks moving forward.
• Interpersonal Skills: Professional, personable, and customer-focused, with strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.
