Financial Institution Services (FIS), specializes in the installation, relocation, and service of ATMs, safes, vault equipment, pneumatic drive-up systems, bollards, and other banking equipment throughout the Midwest.

We're looking for an experienced construction, installation, or skilled trades professional who is ready to lead projects, direct small crews, and take ownership of the job from start to finish. This is a hands-on-leadership position for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems in the field, traveling, and seeing completed results.

Employees report to our Maple Grove office and travel to job sites throughout the Midwest as needed. Overnight travel is required and can be frequent during busy seasons.

This is not an entry-level position.

What You'll Do

• Lead and work alongside installation crews on customer projects
• Install, replace, and relocate ATMs, safes, safe deposit box systems, kiosks, and other banking equipment
• Install bollards, protective barriers, and related site components
• Assist with branch remodels, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements
• Perform concrete cutting, drilling, anchoring, and finishing work
• Support light welding and fabrication projects
• Operate power tools, rigging equipment, and specialized installation equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges while maintaining project schedules
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure quality workmanship

Qualified Candidates will:

• Have experience in construction, equipment installation, mechanical service, machinery moving, or a related skilled trade
• Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Communicates professionally with customers, coworkers, and project managers
• Works effectively both independently and as a part of a team
• Solves problems in the field with minimal supervision
• Maintains a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Be able to pass background checks required for financial institution work
• Be capable of performing physically demanding work and safely operating tools and equipment

Preferred Experience

• Leading crews, projects, or installation teams
• Commercial construction or renovation projects
• Equipment installation, machinery moving, or heavy equipment placement
• ATM, kiosk, safe, or vault equipment installations
• Concrete work, anchoring systems, or structural modifications
• Welding, fabrication, or light electrical work
• Customer-facing field service experience

Compensation

• $25$30 per hour, based on experience
• Frequent overtime opportunities
• After-hours pay premiums
• Quarterly bonus opportunities
• Company-paid travel expenses
• Monday-Friday schedule with overnight travel as required

Some projects are completed after banking hours to minimize customer disruptions. Employees are guaranteed a minimum of six hours of pay for scheduled after-hours work, regardless of actual hours worked.
