About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership across its lending operations, asset resolution, and loan administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integration and efficiency of these functions, with a focus on process improvement, performance standards, and operational bottleneck resolution. This role requires a hands-on approach to operational oversight, including closing operations, valuations, and asset resolution, and demands a strong background in operations, lending, financial services, or a related industry. The COO will work closely with senior leadership to establish and maintain operational objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the company's operational infrastructure and scalability. Candidates for the Chief Operating Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years' of progressive experience in operations, lending, financial services, or a related industry. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in process improvement, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Core competencies include operational leadership, cross-functional management, and strategic thinking. The COO will also be responsible for people and organizational leadership, evaluating staffing needs, and supporting the development of department leaders.
