About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join its Executive Committee. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and implementing the operating strategy for the business, with a strong focus on the integrated supply chain model. This includes the key areas of make, plan, buy, and deliver. The COO will lead the execution of the company's integrated operations plan, ensuring strong service delivery, scalability, and cost efficiency. Essential duties also include developing and monitoring operational performance outcomes, maintaining a disciplined operations budget, and partnering with the CEO and other executives to develop and execute business strategies. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 20 years' progressive operations leadership experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in improving throughput, quality, on-time delivery, and cost structure through operational best practices. Strong experience in production planning, capacity management, and scheduling, as well as knowledge of supply chain management and quality systems, is essential. The role also demands a leader who can identify and drive opportunities for improvement, coach and mentor a high-performing team, and spearhead the development and implementation of growth strategies.
