Facility Maintenance Mechanic

Job TitleAn employee in this class is responsible for conducting preventative maintenance and repairs as needed, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry, at Town facilities, Work includes inspecting and servicing HVAC systems, electrical systems and plumbing systems. Being able to troubleshoot problems, replacing parts and making minor repairs as needed.
