About the Role:

As a Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of delivering the delicious treats and meals that DQ fans know and love. Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner at the counter and drive-thru
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders, including DQ's signature Blizzards, burgers, and more
• Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining area, kitchen, and equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — we'll train the right candidate!
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 14 years of age (or meet local labor requirements)
