Travel CT Technologist

Location: Gloversville, NY
Contract: 12 Weeks
Shift: Night | Friday–Sunday
Shift Hours: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
Pay Rate: $2,000–$2,800/week

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year CT Technologist experience

• ARRT certification required

• ARRT-CT registry required

• Active New York State License

• Strong knowledge of CT procedures and protocols

• Knowledge of CT quality-control procedures

• Knowledge of aseptic techniques

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations according to physician orders and protocols.

• Operate CT equipment safely and effectively.

• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures.

• Verify patient information and examination requirements.

• Explain procedures and provide patient instructions.

• Obtain high-quality diagnostic CT images.

• Follow radiation safety and infection-control practices.

• Monitor patients during procedures and respond to changes in condition.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Perform required quality-control procedures.

• Troubleshoot equipment within scope of practice.

• Follow hospital, departmental, and regulatory policies.
