Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8-Hour Shifts (0700–0800 Start)

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and align patients using various imaging techniques to deliver radiation therapy treatments as prescribed.
• Assess patient status during direct patient interaction and make appropriate referrals to health care team members.
• Prepare for treatment delivery, including chart and film checks, room set-up, calculations, electronic medical record review, and treatment calendar programming.
• Perform patient set-up and CT scans for radiation therapy treatment planning purposes as needed.
• Collaborate with radiation therapists and other team members to support departmental operations and complete additional tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Radiation Oncology experience.
• Active ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
• Active California Radiation Therapy Technologist (CA RTT) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator.
• Proficiency with MOSAIQ electronic medical record system.
