Administrative & Shipping Coordinator

Job Type: Part-Time

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative & Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, multitasking, and supporting daily office and shipping operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties -

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain organized filing systems and company records.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Shipping & Order Processing -

Process pick tickets and prepare orders for shipment.
Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments.
Update Warehouse 4 inventory records.
Coordinate freight shipments and shipping documentation with transportation partners.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Seed Test Management -

Track and organize seed test results received from growers.
Update and maintain Cascade's seed testing records.
Retrieve seed test reports weekly from the OSU website.
Ensure all testing documentation is filed accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous administrative, office, shipping, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
