Title: LPN - Long Term Care

Schedule: Shift: 3x12.0

Assignment Details: Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:
- LPN License (New York State License ONLY)
- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
- Two (2) years' experience in Long Term Care

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for residents, including medication administration.
- Oversee the work of CNA colleagues.
- Conduct assessments and manage wound care as necessary.
- Ensure care is delivered with dignity and respect, utilizing critical thinking skills.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
