Job Overview Randstad is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented On‑site Recruiter to join our team! This dynamic role is ideal for someone with 1‑2 years of recruiting or high‑volume HR support experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The position requires commuting between multiple client sites within the California East Bay region during the work week. Reliable transportation is required. Schedule & Pay Rate Pay Rate: $28.00 – $30.00 / hr (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Location: California East Bay (Must have good, reliable transportation to commute to different sites during the week) Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Onboarding Support: Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including conducting orientations, collecting hiring paperwork, and ensuring full compliance. High‑Volume Communication: Comfortable handling heavy phone calls daily (outbound screening and inbound candidate inquiries). Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both our client managers and job applicants on the floor. Professional Communication: Maintain good email etiquette and professional written correspondence. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). Experience: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing support, or high‑volume administrative roles. Essential Functions & Skills Stand for 8 hours at a time. Administrative Duties (1 year of experience preferred). Recruit (1 year of experience preferred). Full‑Cycle Onboarding (1 year of experience preferred). Tech Savvy (1 year of experience preferred).
