Sr Corporate Recruiter - Manufacturing/Supply Chain-Fremont, CA

Johnson Service Group has partnered with a client and is seeking a Recruiter to support their hiring across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and other functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings strong experience recruiting within manufacturing or supply chain domains. This is a Contract to hire, onsite opportunity based on performance in Fremont, CA. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT, manufacturing, operations, supply chain and other roles including hourly and professional positions Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and employee referrals Utilize Workday (or similar ATS) to track candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure an efficient hiring process Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent Analyze recruiting metrics (KPIs, dashboards) to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding Qualification 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate technical and manufacturing environments Proficiency with ATS platforms, ideally Workday Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environments Core Competencies Strategic talent planning with a sense of urgency Results-driven and proactive mindset Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions Pay: Upto $60/hr.
