Physician - Obstetrics / Gynecology - Hospitalist in California

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts; 5-6 shifts per 4-week cycle; weekends as assigned within rotation
• Job Setting: Level III NICU; 24-hour dedicated Anesthesiology, Neonatology, and Pediatric Hospitalist coverage
• Types of Cases: OB triage for unassigned patients; MFM patient transports (approx. 5-6 per month); cesarean sections (0-3 cases on average; assist in 1-2 cases); inpatient rounding including postpartum patients; shared rounding of antepartum patients with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists; gynecologic emergency department evaluations for unassigned patients

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (within 5 years of residency)
• Licensure: Active California license (or in process); DEA must be obtained prior to start
