We are looking for a Delivery Operations Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, support delivery and Big Ticket Help Desk functions, manage office personnel while serving as a key liaison between internal teams, delivery carriers, and customers to support efficient operations, contract compliance, accurate follow-up, and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage Delivery and Help Desk office personnel, providing daily direction, coaching, and performance management
• Track attendance and staffing needs, and lead weekly staff meetings to review priorities and updates
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new coworkers
• Communicate policy, procedure, and product changes to delivery carriers accurately and on time
• Monitor Call Sets and will-call activity in the Big Ticket Warehouse System and assign follow-up to ensure customers are contacted promptly
• Maintain current carrier insurance certificates and driver contact information, and send renewal reminders prior to expiration
• Monitor delivery routes and oversee inbound, billing, and help desk functions, reviewing carrier invoices for contract compliance and billing accuracy
• Resolve customer delivery issues professionally and in alignment with company service standards
• Meet weekly with the Customer Service Supervisor or Manager to review open issues and coordinate follow-up
• Coordinate shipment of approved customer-requested items and manage Shop-by-Phone emails through Outlook

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office and delivery environment
• Experience coordinating with carriers, internal departments, and customer service teams
• Proficiency with Outlook and operational systems used to monitor calls, delivery activity, billing, and customer follow-up
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, monitor compliance requirements, and resolve issues with professionalism
