This role ensures operational excellence, team development, financial performance, and consistent execution of Konala standards.They lead the team, protect the guest experience, manage financial performance, and ensure all systems are followed without shortcuts.This position reports to the District Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Execution Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening, shift transitions, and closingEnsure flawless execution of Cleanliness, Quality, Service, and Speed standardsMaintain proper food preparation, portioning, and recipe adherenceExecute new menu rollouts and promotional initiativesMaintain drive-thru speed and accuracy standardsEnsure all operational checklists and procedures are followed dailyTeam Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, and onboard new team membersTrain and develop leads and crew membersCreate clear performance expectations and hold the team accountableFoster a positive, disciplined, high-performance cultureConduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviewsBuild leadership bench strength within the storeFinancial Ownership Own store-level P&L performance Manage: Prime cost (Cost of Staff + Cost of Goods Sold)Labor scheduling and labor percentageFood cost and waste controlDaily sales performanceReview financial reports and implement corrective action when neededEnsure accurate daily cash reporting and deposit proceduresInventory & Systems Management Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate parsOversee ordering and receiving processesMaintain waste logs and cost control practicesEnsure proper food rotation (FIFO), labeling, and date markingEnforce execution of operational systems and toolsGuest Experience Ensure exceptional customer service at all timesAddress guest concerns quickly and professionallyMonitor guest feedback and implement improvementsMaintain hospitality standards during peak and non-peak hoursCompliance & Safety Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulationsMaintain sanitation standards and food safety practicesProtect the team and guests through safe operational practicesQualifications Holds themselves to a high standard with every actionLeads by example and sets the tone for the storeTakes initiative and solves problemsStrong leadership and communication skillsFinancially responsible and detail-orientedPositive attitude with a growth mindsetManagement experience preferred, ideally in restaurant or customer service environmentsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbout KonalaOur model is healthy fast food.
