Location: Stevens Point
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a Design Center Assistant to be the welcoming face and voice of our company. This is a dynamic role that combines customer service, reception, office coordination, and sales support. You'll help homeowners begin their remodeling journey by creating an exceptional first impression while supporting our designers and keeping daily operations organized.

As our Design Center Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by:

• Greeting walk-in customers and making them feel welcome
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries
• Educating prospective customers on our remodeling process and gathering information for new projects
• Managing the design consultation waiting list and scheduling appointments
• Providing timely updates to customers throughout the design process
• Coordinating communication between customers and our design team
• Maintaining an organized and attractive Design Center, including displays and product samples
• Managing company social media accounts
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies and materials
• Tracking and organizing overstock materials available for designers
• Assisting with marketing materials, documentation, and office improvement projects
• Supporting team members and identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer service

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Initiative and the ability to work independently
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Social media experience is a plus
• Reception, administrative, customer service, retail, or office experience preferred

• Starting Wage: Based on experience
  • $16.00/hour for candidates new to the industry
  • Increase to $17.00/hour after successfully completing the 90-day training/probation period
• Overtime paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate
• Paid bi-weekly
