Wealth Product Manager

Responsibilities As a Wealth Product Manager, you will support the development, delivery and ongoing governance of the wealth offering across the client continuum in the U.S. to both U.S. domestic investors and non-U.S. offshore investors. You will demonstrate deep knowledge of the wealth product offering (managed/advisory, capital markets, brokerage) across client segments from mass affluent through high net worth and ultra‑high net worth private banking clients. You will build and leverage networks with key U.S. partners including Legal and Regulatory Compliance, global Wealth product and due diligence teams, and third‑party vendors and managers. You will collaborate with lines of business such as global markets, investment banking, and asset management to develop and deliver competitive product offerings that integrate structuring and trading capabilities for high‑end individual, entity, and family office clients. You will work closely with product specialists to drive strategic expansion, launch timely product enhancements, manage end‑to‑end processes, develop training and product materials, and maintain robust documentation and financial reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in wealth product management, including capital markets solutions focused on UHNW and family office clients. Self‑starter and proactive. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective oral and presentation skills in dealing with internal clients, external providers, and governance forums. Experience building and managing wealth products targeted at offshore markets and international clients. Ability to develop trusted and fruitful relationships with internal and external partners, prioritizing collaboration. Ability to manage product‑related projects and launches on time to meet business growth and strategic expansion goals. Ability to multi‑task and execute at pace to deliver multiple high‑priority projects in parallel. Relevant experience in structuring and delivering wealth product solutions, including building documentation, processes, controls, financial reporting, and training. Experience interacting with internal stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Risk) and external stakeholders such as platform vendors and third‑party managers. FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or equivalent) preferred.
