Description - What You'll Contribute

• Execute routine and sophisticated lab tests across various fields-chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-according to established protocols.
• Scrutinize results for accuracy, remedy errors, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection procedures and prepare samples for testing whenever necessary.
• Create meticulous records of all procedures, assist in training new team members or interns, and champion the lab's quality benchmarks.
• Uphold a tidy and secure workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, plus be prepared for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science ( CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
