Account Manager US Turbine OEM Customers (m/f/d)
Location: Allendale, NJ (Leistritz Advanced Technologies Corporation)

- A completed degree (Business Administration/technical discipline)
- Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management/technical sales within an internationally operating industrial company
- Passion for marketing highly complex technical products
- Strong command of KPIs, margin calculations, budgeting, and quotation preparation
- Ideally, solid understanding of North American market conditions, trends, and competitors
- Structured, end?to?end process management
- Proficient with MS Office and experienced in CRM systems
- Confident, reliable, and personable demeanor
- Solution?oriented pragmatism combined with assertiveness
- Strong networking abilities
- Awareness of customer needs and a drive to build long?term, trust?based partnerships
- International and intercultural competence
- Knowledge of German language is an advantage
Where you can make an impact with us
- Serve as the liaison between customers and internal specialist departments across all business processes
- Own end?to?end sales management
- Develop innovative sales concepts for technically demanding turbine products and identify growth opportunities in the North American market
- Analyze individual customer needs and prepare tailored, technically sound solution proposals in close coordination with internal experts
- Conduct volume and contract negotiations at decision?maker level and successfully close complex projects
- Continuously monitor the international competitive landscape and derive targeted actions to increase market share
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and events to acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships
