Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for supporting credit underwriting and monitoring for moderately complex client relationships. Key responsibilities include completing and reviewing credit analysis, evaluating risks, and preparing financial analysis using advanced tools and systems. Job expectations include assessing financials, projections, industry data, covenant compliance, collateral, and policy requirements to ensure alignment with the bank’s risk appetite.Embedded across the bank’s eight lines of business, the Global Infrastructure Credit team reflects the bank’s initiative to fuel the global economy, build trust and credibility with communities, and represents a company that people want to work for, invest in, and do business with. The Global Infrastructure Credit team supports the continued growth in sustainable and infrastructure finance and further deliver on Bank of America’s Critical Infrastructure Finance Initiative. The Global Infrastructure Credit Team covers transactions for Project Finance, Tax Equity and Corporate Lending through involvement in the origination and underwriting of transactions.Responsibilities:Analyzes client financial information, identification/mitigation of potential risks, compliance with regulatory requirements and evaluation of collateral in determination of credit worthinessCompletes monitoring activities via analysis of clients’ financial performance and collateral evaluation to ensure appropriate requirements are metReviews completed client requests to ensure compliance with policy and proceduresUnderstands how credit data is used internally and provided to regulatory partnersAssists with periodic portfolio reviewsParticipates in loan structure conversations and completion of loan documentationPerform financial, business industry, and transaction analyses, conduct research, and prepare supporting documentation for transaction credit approval.Performs intensive qualitative and quantitative due diligence on transaction structures, stress scenarios, financial models, engineer reports, and terms and conditionsParticipate in the underwriting and documentation of project finance and other credit facilities designed to meet both client and investor needs as well as balance the bank's internal risk/return requirementsReview the credit profile of key transaction counterparties (e.g. borrowers, servicers, sponsors and off-takers)Engage with various partners including GCIB Enterprise Credit Officers for recourse obligors, Enterprise Credit Risk, and Global Markets RiskRequired Qualifications:2+ years experience in corporate or commercial credit.Desired Qualifications:Experience in project finance/tax equity/structured credit with a focus in energy, power, infrastructure, or data center financingsStrong technical skills including quantitative financial modelingFormal credit training program at financial institutionMaster’s Degree or equivalent work experienceSkills:Analytical ThinkingFinancial AnalysisFinancial Forecasting and ModelingProfitability AnalysisResearch AnalysisAttention to DetailBusiness AcumenCredit and Risk AssessmentUnderwritingWritten CommunicationsCollaborationCritical ThinkingPortfolio AnalysisPrioritizationTechnical DocumentationShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40Pay Transparency detailsUS - MA - Boston - 100 Federal St - 100 Federal St Lp (MA5100), US - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100)Pay and benefits informationPay range$90,000.00 - $200,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
