Position Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join their team in an administrative support role. This position is direct hire, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Assist customers with questions and provide excellent customer service
Prepare and process billing invoices accurately and timely
Perform data entry and maintain organized records
Manage and update files, documents, and spreadsheets
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Use Microsoft Office 365 programs to complete daily tasks

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and Word
Comfortable with computers and technology; must be tech-savvy
Accurate typing and data entry skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
