Job Description

Base pay starts $19.50 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential. Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Monday - Thursday. Duties and Responsibilities include packaging and labeling material for loading and distribution, responsible for quality control of finished products, working with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, screw guns, using measuring gauges and tape measures, communicate with team members to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials, housekeeping and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina and strength
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a requirement
• Experience in overhead crane operations are helpful but not required
• Experience with Forklifts helpful but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

Site Address: 6168 State Route 233 Rome, NY 13440. This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
