Through embedded integration, they streamline operations, reduce friction, and improve the consumer experience.Job responsibilities Accountable for product vision, roadmap execution, risk management, and business growth outcomes, with a focus on healthcare integrations leveraged by clients.Partners with Technology, Operations, Risk/Compliance/Legal, and client-facing teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver outcomes across complex, regulated payment and data flows.Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new capabilities/methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, reliability, and scalability.Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectivesOwns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectivesMonitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiationRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExtensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsExperience building healthcare ecosystems and relationships with healthcare ISVsProven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Recognized thought leader within a related fieldExperience with healthcare payments or a closely related field.
