Responsibilities:
- Drive the lifecycle of complex software initiatives from initial scoping and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch evaluation.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Track team velocity, capacity, and sprint health.
- Serve as the primary bridge between Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams, translating business goals into technical execution.
- Actively contribute high-quality, production-ready code using Node.js, OAuth and SF integration
- Lead technical system design, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and ensure scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and champion testing and CI/CD automation.
- Debug complex full-stack issues, optimize database queries, and resolve production incidents alongside the engineering team.
- Proactively identify technical and project blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and shield the development team from scope creep.
- Mentor engineers, foster a culture of continuous learning, and elevate the team's technical bar.
