About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night and Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty required. License: Permanent Ohio license or Compact State license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required. Must-Have: Must work every other holiday. Must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation. Description: The role involves providing care for patients on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. Patients may receive care for various conditions requiring telemetry monitoring. Must be able to float to other units if required to meet operational needs. Shifts may be variable based on the needs of the facility. Nurses must be dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. Experience in a travel nursing position will be accepted. Candidates must comply with all facility requirements. Two references from a manager or supervisor in the specialty are required for submission. Nurses will receive training in necessary assessments during orientation. An acceptable score on assessments is mandatory for continued employment. All candidates must meet health and safety requirements.
